We are excited to invite you to participate in the 2025 Community Tree Exhibit at Daniel Stowe Conservancy! Individuals, families, schools, nonprofits and businesses are welcome to register for a holiday tree to decorate in a display of creativity and festive fun. This year’s exhibit promises to be a fantastic display of creativity and community spirit, with the trees being showcased in our beautiful Gardens at Stowe.

Registration Dates: Friday, August 1 – Friday, October 31

Exhibit Dates: Thursday, November 20 – Saturday, December 27, 2025
Participant Fees
  • Individual/Family (Members) – $50
  • Individual/Family (Non-Members) – $60
  • Schools – $60
  • Nonprofits + Civic Groups – $100
  • Small Businesses – $250
  • Corporations – $500
Highlight Your Organization: Each tree will include participant information on display throughout the extent of the exhibit. This is a great opportunity to highlight your organization or business, as you’ll receive shoutouts on Stowe’s social media accounts throughout December.
Details: The trees are 5ft x 4ft wooden two dimensional cutouts that you can paint or decorate as much as you can imagine! No political trees will be accepted.
Due to rising material costs there is no discount for additional trees this year.
Please note that you must submit payment via the link at the bottom of this form in order to register. Registration will not be valid until payment has processed. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email mid October with instructions for tree pick up and drop off.
