Basket Weaving with Carolina Bamboo
Saturday, November 15 | 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | The Farmhouse Garden Center | $60 Join artisan Aaron McCarty, co-owner of Carolina Bamboo, for an immersive day of basket weaving using natural materials like zu (kudzu) and boo(bamboo). Participants will learn about sustainable harvesting, vine preparation and traditional techniques for shaping and finishing a handcrafted basket.
