Discover what’s behind your seasonal allergy symptoms during a guided Pollen Walk at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. Join our curator Karen Kottkamp and local allergist, Dr. Michael Lapuente from Carolinas Asthma & Allergy Center, as they lead you through the gardens, pointing out the trees, grasses and weeds that commonly trigger allergies in our region.
This interactive, easy-to-follow walk is designed for the public—helping you better understand what you’re exposed to every day and how it may be affecting you. Learn how to recognize common allergens, anticipate seasonal changes and take simple steps to feel your best outdoors.
