Join us on Saturday, October 11 at 6 p.m. at the Levine Pavilion for a farm-to-fork dinner celebrating the season’s bounty. Enjoy live Americana and bluegrass music and the unveiling of a new Garden expansion.

Every ticket directly supports the Outdoor Kitchen and Crop Garden, the next step in connecting people to food and nature at Stowe.

Seasonal Menu:

  • Pan-seared Joyce Farms chicken topped with Catawba Farms wild mushroom cream sauce
  • Coffee-rubbed Peculiar Pig pork loin with pork jus
  • Red curry butternut squash salad with goat cheese, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and herbed lemon vinaigrette
  • Roasted mixed squash from Boy and Girl Farms
  • Harmony Ridge sweet potato mash with thyme and brown butter
