All rental events with 50 or more people must use the Garden’s exclusive partner, Best Impressions Caterers, for all catering and event equipment rental.

Bring your child’s birthday dreams to life at the Prairie Castle Playground! Available for standard admission price during open hours. Outside food or catering not allowed for non-private parties.
The Prairie Castle includes:
- Three-story playground
- Two slides
- One rock wall
- 0.5 mile kids’ Adventure Trail with five outdoor-themed “rooms”
- Access to the full 380-acre Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens
To book a private birthday party, please reach out to the Private Events team. Please note:
- Exclusive access subject to availability after standard operating hours.
- All Parties of 50 or less with catering and/or table/chair rentals will be subject to a $1,250 outside catering fee and labor fee.
- All parties of 50-100 are required to use Best Impressions Catering for any food or beverage offerings.
- $250 refundable security deposit required for booking.
