DESCRIPTION:Thank you Sodoma Law Belmont for sponsoring Learning for Littles! \nAlternating Wednesdays and Fridays | March-October | The Trailhead Store Picnic Area | Free! \nStowe invites you and your toddlers to join our free\, outdoor nature-themed learning experience\, including a read-aloud story\, puppets and an activity for children ages 0-4 and their caregivers. These learning experiences will be held 9-9:45 a.m. on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays from March-October.  \nNo registration is necessary; just join us for 45 minutes of fun outside of The Trailhead Store. DESCRIPTION:Butterfly Walk Dates\nJune 12 + 26\nJuly 10 + 24\nAugust 14 + 28\nSeptember 11 + 25\n\n\nEmbark on a pollinator-filled adventure with our Butterfly Walks at Daniel Stowe Conservancy!\nJoin us every second and fourth Friday of the month from June through September for a guided Butterfly Walk through The Gardens\, led by longtime volunteer and pollinator enthusiast\, Keith Camburn. Learn about local butterfly species\, explore various host and nectar plants\, life cycles of our fluttering friends\, and so much more. The Butterfly Walks are free to garden guests and members with their general admission into The Gardens at Stowe. The walk begins at 11 a.m. at our Butterfly Bungalow patio.\nWhat to Expect:\n\nGuided butterfly walks around different sections of The Gardens at Stowe\nLearn about local butterfly species\, their habitats\, behaviors and so much more.\nDiscover hidden gems and scenic spots within the Garden while observing butterflies and other pollinators in their natural environment.\n\nImportant Information:\n\nThis event is open to all ages. Pets are not allowed on this walk since it takes place inside The Gardens at Stowe.\nPlease dress appropriately for being outdoors in summer weather. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.\nParticipants are encouraged to respect wildlife and follow Leave No Trace principles during the walk.\nWhile registration is not required for this event\, you must be either a member to enter the Garden or pay the general admission fee to enter the Gardens to join the walk.\n\nIf you are planning to bring a group with 6+ people to the walk\, please contact our VP of Programs and Engagement ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate your group size that date at mlong@danielstoweconservancy.org.\n\nGarden admission or membership required to participate. No pre-registration required.
